Yo! This is one of the Mattel Hoverboards used by Michael J. Fox in his most famous role as “Marty McFly” in the classic 80s trilogy, Back to the Future. Two styles of Hoverboard were made for and employed in the film – lightweight boards of styrofoam construction and thick and durable wood-based props – this example is the latter, and is recognized as the best example of all wood Hoverboards to have survived the rigors of filming. Now for sale on eBay.

It’s a bit pricey, but who cares, it’s a fricking hooverboard!

Good news from downtown Lédébé (= Ledeberg): the movie “Aanrijding in Moscou” has been translated into Russian. And remember: september time is “Moscou Kermis” time. See you there!

Peter Beste has published another excellent photo book. This time it’s titled “True Norwegian Black Metal”.
The pictures give you a gripping view on the Norwegian metal scene. Just like most of his pictures they are raw, honest and esthetically moving. You’re safe but already feeling the thrill of life beyond your pension plan and visits to your mother in law next Sunday.
